Michael McAuley is the Assistant Superintendent of Climate and Culture for Clay County District Schools. He has been in education for more than 20 years, and has worked at every level from elementary school extended-day counselor to university instructor; from district-based school psychologist to international lecturer; from pre-service education program trainer to state and school district executive director.  The focus of Mr. McAuley's work over the past eight years has been to support the growth and development of systems involved with continuous improvement and the outcomes for all stakeholders, including students, teachers, and district support teams.
